The kits bolt to the floor of the trailer and I would not consider it an easy removal. It's not difficult by any means but when they designed this kit they didn't have what you were wanting to do in mind. Spring pack thickness really isn't too important when picking out replacement leaf springs. What is most important is the length of the springs and the axle capacity. We did some research on your trailer and it looks like you have 6,000 lb axles which we have a few options.
